With Beau’s leadership and a committed legislature and Governor, Delaware implemented new protections for children. And now a new report shows that those laws have worked.

This is Beau’s legacy. These are the results we strive for — and there’s no reason this success should be confined to Delaware. These laws could serve as a blueprint for the rest of the nation.
